Landsea Homes Breaks Ground On a Townhome Community At 925 Wolfe Road, Sunnyvale

Plans to develop a residential community at 925 Wolfe Road in Sunnyvale have moved forward. The project proposal includes the construction of new residences. Landsea Homes is developing the project and recently announced that construction has officially begun on its new community.

Named Lavender, the residential project will bring 128 townhomes with nine different floor plans. The townhomes will range from 1,078 square feet to 2,011 square feet in size. Additionally, twenty of the townhomes will be priced below the market rate.

The residences will be equipped with Landsea Homes’ High-Performance Home features, including smart home automation technology utilized by the Apple HomeKit™ environment. The smart home automation features include an Apple TV media manager device, wireless network internet throughout the home, entry door locks, thermostat control, garage door opener control, light dimmer switches, doorbell camera pre-wire, and high-touch customer service with an individualized training session.

The townhomes are expected to be available on the market later this year. Catalina Community, another development by Landsea, sold out 93 homes in Santa Clara.
