Trumark Homes recently announced that The Strand at Loch Lomond Marina in San Rafael has opened for sale. The new residential community includes 37 residences offered as a mix of single-family homes, townhomes, and condominium flats.
The waterfront community includes 18 single-family detached homes, 14 two-story townhomes and five condo flats above a mixed-use building. The single-family detached homes include four two-story floor plans and three one- and two-story cottage floor plans. Houses range from 2,975 to 3,326 square feet, with three to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half to four bathrooms, with some plans offering lofts, flex space and dens and prices starting in the mid $2 million range. Cottages range from 1,961 to 2,245 square feet, with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, with some plans offering lofts and prices starting at $1.8 million.
The townhomes include eight floor plans ranging from 1,776 to 2,000 square feet, with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms and are priced from $1.325 million. The condo flats are approximately 1,943 square feet and offer options for two to three bedrooms and two to three bathrooms, with prices starting at mid $1 million.
The community offers convenient access to Highway 101 and Interstate 580, connecting residents to major employment centers in downtown San Francisco and downtown Oakland. The community is also situated adjacent to a renovated 519-slip harbor, with numerous hiking and biking trails, a play area for children, and an upscale local market for residents to enjoy. Additionally, retail shops in the mixed-use building below the condo flats will provide convenient, everyday shopping within the development.
