The project proposes to construct a three-story building offering two residential units for single-family use and an additional ADU. The ADU will be developed on the ground floor with a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and a single-car garage. The second floor will be designed with a living room, a family room, dining and kitchen, and a half bathroom. The third floor will have three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a primary suite.
The project application has been submitted and is pending a review. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
