Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project at 2928 Rio Linda Boulevard in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of four building consisting of three new detached duplex units and one detached manufactured residence.
The project site spans an are of 0.45 acres. The project will bring three duplex units and one detached manufactured home with a total of 7 units.
An application has been submitted and a design review is pending. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
