The 55-foot tall structure will yield around 20,700 square feet, with 18,500 square feet for housing and 1,270 square feet for the covered garage at ground level. Additional parking will be provided with surface parking for a total site capacity of 13 cars.

San Francisco-based McMahon Architects Studio is responsible for the design. The complex is built over the garage. The exterior is covered with white stucco and red rainscreen composite panels. A stairwell will run from the garage up to the top of the lot along the north border of the parcel.

  1. * Pierson Street.

  2. Who’s the owner? Chances are high that it’s Northeastern University. This fits their pattern of quickly gentrifying neighborhoods surrounded their campuses.
