The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 7,743 square feet. The project will require the demolition of an existing two-story, 3,500-square-foot commercial building. Plans call for the construction of new four-story building rising to a height of 45 feet. The four-story will also have a basement, and offer spaces for residential and retail uses. The mixed-use building will bring 29 dwelling units. Residences will be developed as a mix of 17 one-bedroom, 11 two-bedroom, and one three-bedroom floor plans. Commercial space spanning 1,236 square feet will be developed on the ground floor, along with a basement parking garage with 15 off-street parking spaces, 29 Class I and six Class II bicycle parking spaces.

  1. Text says 15 parking spaces but the image shows 12. Wonder why.

  2. Great for more housing with some 3 bedroom units. Can the cost of “parking garage with 15 off-street parking spaces” be justified instead of some more low income units?

  3. No mention of the % of units that will be designated for low incomes, where the housing crisis is most acutely focused and felt.

Just an advert for the virtue signaling class.

  4. You are mistaken. I can defend the position. Write to me in PM, we will talk.

  5. The happiness to me has changed!
