  1. YIMBY, please don’t wast my time by publishing half thought out design!

    • Not only that can you imagine being a property owner having your project details put out there like this, and why exactly is this newsworthy? Grist for the mill.

    • While the Bay Area development scene outside of San Francisco is robust — looks booming to me, moldering head-in-its-ass San Francisco is at a complete standstill. So reporting is dipping. We will even see posts on just one ADU added to a backyard soon.

Note that the Yimby Team is not of Andrew Nelson’s excellent quality of reporting.

Yeah there’s been a lot of development in Bay Area cities outside San Francisco. San Francisco’s need for housing is much higher than every other city, so they’ve had to propose taller skyscrapers that will cost more and take more time to build

        • “San Francisco’s need for housing is much higher than every other city,”

False. SF is a peninsula that is mostly developed, not your sprawling home county.
Stay there, YIMBY transplants. SF will outlast your “non-profit” corruption.
90+% of your cheerleading will be for nothing as it will never be built.

Retire your slogans. Yuppie condo towers do nothing for the housing crisis.

          As. You. Know.

Misspelling is taking over journalism. It is a shame.
