Preliminary permits have been filed for an office-to-housing conversion at 6355 Riverside Boulevard in Greenhaven, Sacramento. The project will convert the small office park with lakeshore views over Lake Greenhaven. The project applicant is not listed.

Details around the project are extraordinarily short. According to the application, the developer will “convert 3 office buildings into 4 condo units.” The existing site is occupied by three single-story office buildings beside a large surface parking lot. The structures directly overlook Lake Greenhaven, a man-made water feature replaced the former Sacramento Brick Company’s clay pit.

The 1.46-acre property is locatd along Riverside Boulevard, close to Florin Road. The site is close to several small strip malls, offering a grocery store, restaurants, and pharmacies. The estimated cost and timeline for construction have yet to be shared.
