A new residential project has been approved for development at 4141 Foothill Road, Pleasanton, Alameda County. The project proposal includes the development of a large-scale residential community offering 92 single-family residences and 18 affordable houses, along with some duet homes.
Foothill Boulevard Holding Company is listed as the project applicant.
The project site spans an area of 46 acres. The scope of work includes the 111-lot age-restricted residential subdivision, in order to develop a large-scale residential community. Named Merritt Residential, the project will bring 92 single family detached homes and 18 affordable courtyard detached and duet homes. One existing single-family home will be retained. The project also includes related on-site and off-site improvements.
The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
