The 52-foot-tall structure will contain 16 units above a roughly 7,000 square foot garage. Unit types will vary from two-bedrooms to four-bedrooms, with two affordable units. One unit will be deed-restricted for a very low-income household, and one unit will be dedicated to a moderate-income household. Parking will be included for 17 cars and four bicycles. The rooftop deck will include 3,980 square feet of landscaped open space.

The 0.23-acre property is situated at the corner of West Virginia Street and Bird Avenue, near Gardner Elementary School, and is a short walk from the San Carlos Street thoroughfare. Diridion Station is less than ten minutes away by VTA bus, or 20 minutes on foot. Downtown San Jose is just over ten minutes away by bus or bicycle.
