A new mixed-use project has been proposed for development at 22 Washington Street in Santa Clara. The project proposal includes the development of a new four-story mixed-use building offering residential and retail spaces.
The scope of work includes the construction of a new four-story mixed-use complex yielding a total built-up area of 17,2769 square feet. It will feature three floors of residential space above two levels of parking and retail space on the ground floor.
A project application has been submitted, pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet. More information on the project team is yet to be released. Stay tuned to sfyimby.com for more updates.
