New building permits have been filed for the 14-story mixed-use development at 1101-1123 Sutter Street in Polk Gulch, San Francisco. Renderings Illustrate Preservation Options Ahead of HPC Meeting for 1101-1123 Sutter Street, Polk Gulch, San Francisco

The existing structures at 1101 and 1123 Sutter Street are heading to the Historic Preservation Commission of San Francisco in the shadow of a proposed residential tower.
