The Half Moon Bay City Council has approved plans for a proposed hotel at 1200 Main Street in Downtown Half Moon Bay, San Mateo County. The project will bring over a hundred hotel rooms to a former auto dealership after nearly a decade of review. Greg Jamison of RGJC South LLC is the project sponsor.
The Half Moon Bay Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for a new Hyatt Hotel development at 1200 Main Street in Half Moon Bay, San Mateo County. The project will reshape a five-acre parcel on the southern edge of Main Street with a 102-key hotel. RGJC SOUTH, LLC is responsible for the application.
The Draft Environmental Impact Report has been re-filed for the Hyatt Place proposal in Half Moon Bay along the San Mateo County coast. The proposal would build undeveloped land with 129 new guest rooms while leaving 40 percent of the five-acre lot as open space. Mason Architects is responsible for the design.
