Joint Meeting Scheduled for Icon-Echo Proposal in Downtown San Jose

A joint community and environmental public scoping meeting has been scheduled for tomorrow to review the plans for the Icon-Echo Towers, a mixed-use proposal for Downtown San Jose. The development, by Urban Catalyst, is expected to create two towers connected by a four-story podium, adding over half a million square feet of commercial space and over four hundred new apartments.

New Renderings Revealed for 147 East Santa Clara Street, Downtown San Jose

Several new renderings have been revealed with a detailed look at the block-sized mixed-use development proposed by Urban Catalyst for 147 East Santa Clara Street in Downtown San Jose. The project would add new offices, housing, and retail in the burgeoning area around city hall as San Jose’s sustained growth establishes a more urban core for the capital of Silicon Valley. The proposal is part of the Urban Catalyst Opportunity Zone Fund II, launched earlier this year.

Renderings Revealed for Major Plans at 147 East Santa Clara Street, Downtown San Jose

A new rendering has been released for a large mixed-use development at 147 East Santa Clara Street, located across from city hall in Downtown San Jose. The details come from Urban Catalyst, who earlier this year launched the Urban Catalyst Opportunity Zone Fund II LLC, or “Fund II.” Fund II will focus on building multi-family rentals and office buildings in Downtown San Jose over a ten-year timeline with a minimum investment of $250,000.
