Urban Catalyst and partner Thang Do have purchased 60 Stockton Avenue, the second and final parcel for Apollo in San Jose. The Apollo will rise 19 stories from 1.12 acres next to the SAP Center and San Jose Diridon Station. Once complete, it will add 472 new homes by mass transit and the core of Google’s Downtown West masterplan.
32 Stockton Avenue
The formal application has been filed to build an 18-story mixed-use development at 32 Stockton Avenue in San Jose. The project, to be called Apollo, is expected to add nearly five hundred new dwelling units across from the San Jose Diridon Station near Downtown San Jose. Urban Catalyst is the project developer.
Enhanced preliminary permits have been filed for Apollo, a proposed 16-story mixed-use tower at 32 Stockton Avenue in San Jose. The development will rise next to Google’s city-altering Downtown West development by Diridon Station. Apollo would add 406 new units to the city’s housing market. Urban Catalyst is responsible for the development.
