The proposal will replace a surface parking lot and a single-story vacant retail structure. The proposal will also retain a five-story residential building with 112 units managed by Veritas Investments at 57 Taylor Street.
New building permits have been filed for a residential expansion at 660 Clipper Street in Noe Valley, San Francisco. Nine new units and extra open space will be added to the site by reclaiming parking space for housing. Veritas Investments Inc. are responsible for the development through 610-660 Clipper I1 LLC.
Permits have been filed for a residential expansion at the distinctive apartment building at 2619 Mission Street in the Mission District, San Francisco. The permits would expand the unit offering on-site from 32 to 41, over thirty percent increase along the commercial thoroughfare. The property is run by GreenTree Property Management, within the umbrella of Veritas Investments Inc.
