The project proposal includes the development of a new seven-story medical building. The project involves the demolition of two structures on the site. The project is a joint venture between Sutter Health and Stanford Health. Lamphier-Gregory is a planning firm and the project applicant.
Construction is moving quickly for the new Science & Engineering Innovation Center on the San Francisco State University Campus. The SEIC building will bring new facilities with state-of-the-art equipment for future students while housing the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry and the School of Engineering. The building is expected to open by early 2024.

The plans include relocating two existing office structures and building the Administrative Supportive Building within the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital campus. The property spans from Broadway to Manila Avenue, including the existing Masonic Temple office building to remain. The parking garage will let off to Manila, creating 219 parking spaces for office employees. Meridian is responsible for the project as the real estate developer.
