New renderings have been published for the proposed multi-structure Kaiser Permanente medical campus at 105 Bercut Drive in the Southern Pacific neighborhood of Sacramento. The proposal will bring a 310-bed hospital, energy center, and support parking, with construction starting as early as this year. SmithGroup is the design and landscape architect.
The Draft Environmental Impact Report has been published for a proposed expansion of the Kaiser San Jose Medical Center at 250 Hospital Parkway in South San Jose, Santa Clara County. The plan will create a new six-story structure in the existing Medical Center campus.
Preliminary plans have been filed to convert the former residence of Henry J. Kaiser into an event space at 664 Haddon Road in Cleveland Heights, Oakland. The century-old home could host small events for 20 to 40 attendees. Kaiser Permanente purchased the site in early 2017.
