Revised plans have been shared for a new apartment complex at 1001 Oak Hill Road in Lafayette, Contra Costa County. The proposal aims to create 53 apartments and more parking in the city’s retail core. In a public meeting earlier this week, the city’s Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend the City Council approve the development.
Lennar Homes and Kennedy Lewis Investment Management have purchased nearly ten acres at 3401 Crow Canyon Road in San Ramon, Contra Costa County. The team received approval to replace two office structures with 117 new homes.
New building permits have been filed for a four-story apartment development at 950 Hough Avenue by the Lafayette BART Station in Contra Costa County. The proposal was approved in March of 2021 with 20 condominiums, including three affordable units. The Griggs Resource Group is responsible for the project, operating through 950 Hough Investors LLC.
Funding to support the construction is expected soon for 4898 El Camino Real in Los Altos. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story multi-family residential project. The proposal, dubbed the Iron Horse Village, would replace commercial buildings with low-density detached and attached housing. Nearon Enterprises, an investment company, based in Walnut Creek, is listed as the property owner. Lennar is the project developer.
