Meeting Today for Woods Bagot-Designed Housing in Walnut Creek

Updated plans are scheduled to be reviewed tonight for the three-building residential infill of 1532-1556 Mount Diablo Boulevard in Walnut Creek, Contra Costa County. The development will replace the low-slung property close to some of the city’s busiest shops with 42 homes and retail. Align Real Estate is the development owner, with the international Woods Bagot responsible for design.

New Renderings Revealed, EIR Published for 2055 Chestnut Street, Marina District, San Francisco

Updated designs have been published for a residential proposal at 2055 Chestnut Street in San Francisco’s Marina District. The proposal will replace a 0.66-acre property occupied by surface parking and a single-story structure with rental housing, retail spaces, and a grocery store. The San Francisco-based Prado Group, an active real estate investment firm and developer, is responsible for the development.

$130M Project Presented for South Ocean Beach Landscape Redevelopment, Lakeshore

The San Francisco Arts Commission has attended the first of at least four presentations to review plans to reimagine the South Ocean Beach Waterfront. The project will add new community amenities, increase accessibility, and promote habitat restoration as part of the Ocean Beach Climate Change Adaptation Project in the Lakeshore neighborhood, San Francisco. The Ocean beach development is a multi-agency collaboration between the San Francisco Recreation and Parks, Public Utilities Commission, and Public Works, with private-industry involvement from Moffatt & Nichol and MFLA.
