New renderings have been revealed for the proposed residential development of 2471 and 2477 Washington Street in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood. Updated designs have been published for a residential proposal at 2055 Chestnut Street in San Francisco’s Marina District. The proposal will replace a 0.66-acre property occupied by surface parking and a single-story structure with rental housing, retail spaces, and a grocery store. The San Francisco-based Prado Group, an active real estate investment firm and developer, is responsible for the development.
The Prado Group has requested a project review meeting for a three-story residential proposal at 2055 Chestnut Street in San Francisco’s Marina District. The development would replace a bank and surface parking with 49 rental apartments and new retail space for the busy high-end neighborhood. Jensen Architects is managing the design.
Plans have been revealed for a 6-story hotel at 312 Brokaw Road, Santa Clara, sandwiched between Gateway Crossing and the San Jose International Airport. The project would add 396 new hotel guest rooms to the market, along with dining and event space. Within the building, 206 rooms will be under the Extended Stay brand, with 190 rooms for a limited services hotel brand.
Proposed modifications to the redevelopment plan give minor alterations to the approved mixed-use project of 3333 California Street in Laurel Heights, San Francisco. The development will replace the existing UCSF Laurel Heights property with 752 new apartments, a quarter of which will be affordable housing, retail, and more. The changes expand Euclid Green’s public open space by not building one duplex townhome, modifications to the Presidio Steps, and an adjustment to the project tree count. Prado Group is the project developer.
