The proposal will bring 90 new apartments on VTA-owned land at the Winchester Light Rail Station. Related California and PATH Ventures are jointly sponsoring the development.
Updated plans have been revealed for seven-story affordable housing at 1921-1929 West San Carlos Street in San Jose, Santa Clara County. The project will replace five low-slung commercial structures with 94 homes and retail. LA-based Path Ventures is the project developer.
