Plans have been approved for a nine-story residential infill at 1010V Mission Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The plans will create 57 apartments, including some affordable housing between Mission and Market Street. Vanguard Properties is listed as the property owner.
Demolition permits have been filed to replace a two-story single-family home with a taller single-family home and an additional dwelling unit at 617 Sanchez Street in Dolores Heights, San Francisco. The project would replace a 1907-built home. Edmonds + Lee Architects is responsible for the design.
The San Francisco Board of Supervisors has approved five-story plans for 3832 18th Street in the Mission District. The project has been shortened from a previous application with six floors but still has 19 group housing units. Vanguard Properties is responsible for the applicant, operating through M-J SF Investments LLC.
The development team has requested a conditional use authorization for a multi-family apartment development at 733 Treat Avenue in San Francisco’s Mission District neighborhood. The proposal would replace a two-story commercial building with an unauthorized residence with seven new dwelling units. Vanguard Properties is responsible for the application as the property owner.
Plans are under review to make adaptive reuse of the existing building at 350 San Jose Avenue to more than triple residential capacity. The property is in San Francisco’s Mission District, seven minutes from the 24th Street Mission BART station by foot.
