The updated plans use the recently passed Assembly Bill 1287 to achieve a 100% density bonus, creating a 19-story tower rising from an existing office building. oWow, the busy Oakland-based developer, is responsible for the application.
New renderings have been revealed with updated information about a proposed five-story apartment complex at 6th and F Street, close to Sacramento Valley Station in Downtown Sacramento. The building will replace a surface parking lot with three hundred homes, parking, and amenities. Fairfield Residential is the project sponsor and developer.
Preliminary plans have been filed to convert the former residence of Henry J. Kaiser into an event space at 664 Haddon Road in Cleveland Heights, Oakland. The century-old home could host small events for 20 to 40 attendees. Kaiser Permanente purchased the site in early 2017.
