The development invokes state laws to streamline the approval process for the construction of over a hundred guest rooms a block away from Patricia’s Green in Hayes Valley. Chirag Investment Group is listed as the property owner.
Development permits have been submitted seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for development at 1234 Palou Avenue in Bayview, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the renovation of the existing single-family residence on the site. Vicinity Architects is responsible for the designs.
Preliminary plans have been filed for a resubmitted mixed-use infill at 280 7th Street and 79 Langton Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The proposal will create twenty apartments across two structures and a small commercial space on the narrow lot just three blocks from Market Street. San Mateo-based Dragonfly Investment Group is responsible for the application.
