New renderings have been revealed ahead of today’s meeting for Peninsula Crossing, a multi-structure development at 1200-1340 Bayshore Highway in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The city’s Planning Commission will conduct a design review study for the laboratory research complex with two garages and new improvements to the San Francisco Bay Trail. Plans are underway for two new apartment buildings to replace surface parking owned by the Cathedral of Faith Church at 2315 Canoas Garden Avenue in South San Jose, Santa Clara County. The project will create 237 new affordable apartments with dedicated services. Sand Hill Property Company is the project developer.
Plans for the fully entitled apartment proposal at 60-70 South Almaden Avenue are available for sale in Downtown San Jose, Santa Clara County. The proposal, known as the Greyhound site, was approved to create 708 units across 1.2 million square feet. Z&L Properties has owned the property since 2016.
