Development permits have been submitted for new residential construction at 709 Lyon Street, San Francisco. The project renderings reveal the design and conceptual plans and elevations corresponding to the new development, consisting of five residential condominium units. Alan Zee Design Studio and Louie Roitman Architecture are managing the project and its construction.
New development permits have been filed to merge three parcels at 1313 Armstrong Avenue, 1300 Carroll Avenue, and 2200 Hawes Street in Bayview, San Francisco. The construction will produce roughly 293,100 square feet of space zoned for Production, Distribution, and Repair (PDR). Prologis is responsible for the development.

While underdeveloped for the lot, the project will be an increase from the existing condition of one unit. Michael Morrison of John Lum Architecture is listed as the owner of the property.
Multiple development permits have been filed for construction alterations at 399 Arguello Boulevard in Inner Richmond, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the expansion of residential space and the existing 4,650 square foot retail market at the corner of 2 Clement, or 387 Arguello. The project also includes merging the retail store with the adjacent commercial space upon vacancy. TP LAM AIA Architects is managing the project.
New renderings have been revealed for the seven-story residential building at 98 Pennsylvania Avenue in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. The updated proposal increases the residential filing from its initial proposal of 48 units up to 79 units. California’s State Density Bonus is responsible for the increase, with twelve units to be sold as affordable housing. Harty & Harty Properties is responsible for the development as the property owner.
