The project calls for the construction a new three-story over basement. The project calls for the demolition of an existing two-story 1,104 square-foot single-family residence on the site. The Sonne Family Trust is the property owner. LTD Architecture is responsible for the designs.
Renderings have been revealed for a new two-story Carpenter’s Union Hall at 3433 3rd Street by San Francisco’s India Basin. The project will create a new office and assembly space for the Carprtner Local Union 22 members. Equity Community Builders and Badiner Urban Planning are collaborating on the application.
San Francisco Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans to increase the residential capacity of the Stonestown Galleria master plan. The new plan will create nearly 3,500 residences and reduce non-retail sales and service spaces. To add more housing, the plans for a hotel have been removed. Brookfield Properties is the developer, and the meeting is scheduled for this Thursday.
