Increased plans have been filed for a 16-story apartment complex at 955 Sansome Street on Telegraph Hill, San Francisco. The updated plan has grown six floors above the last proposal by the same developer, this time increasing residential capacity to 102 apartments. Aralon Properties is responsible for the application.
The 22-story office tower at 350 California Street in San Francisco’s Financial District has been sold for $61 Million, less than a quarter of the initial asking price. The property was sold by Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group to the joint venture of Swig Company and SKS Partners.
New renderings have been published for the proposed pedestrian bridge to cross Warm Water Cove in Dogpatch, San Francisco. The extension to the Bay Trail will connect a public park with the planned Potrero Power Station redevelopment, a project for which demolition has occurred, but construction has yet to start. Harrigan Weidenmuller Company is the project developer.
A new residential project has been pitched for development at 3338 San Bruno Avenue in Visitacion Valley, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a new three-story residential building on an undeveloped lot. Sandy and Quintin Donnelly are listed as the property owners. Creates Cool is responsible for the designs.
The city has submitted plans to purchase and convert a seven-story vacant office building at 1019 Market Street into a Mental Health Services Center in San Francisco’s Mid-Market neighborhood. The historic 1909-built Eastern Outfitting Build most recently had Zendesk’s headquarters for eight years until its departure in 2021. The new center will provide services for unhoused and uninsured people.
