The seven-story residential infill will replace a two-story commercial building with commercial retail and 29 new apartments to be sold for ownership. The application expects to benefit from the state density bonus and Cars-to-Casas ordinance, both programs to increase the amount of affordable housing. The property is currently used as a parking lot.
