Plans have been filed for a three-story athletics facility at 2835 Geary Boulevard between Laurel Heights and Lone Mountain in San Francisco. The project will replace the existing commercial structure with a variety of amenities for students of the Convent & Stuart Hall, a private Catholic school. As revealed late last year, the proposal does require the demolition of the nearly sixty-year-old pool hall, Family Billiards.
Planning permits have been filed for a temporary building wrap-around the Nike store at 278 Post Street across from Union Square, San Francisco. The billboard is proposed as a celebration of the NBA All-Star Game coming to Chase Center next month. Colliers Inc. is the property owner.
Developers are looking at a new property site to build a new home for the JFCS Holocaust Center at 2245-2255 Post Street in Lower Pacific Heights, San Francisco. The project would create a new home for the JFCS Holocaust Center, an educational facility run by the Jewish Family and Children’s Services. Karin Payson Architecture + Design is responsible for the designs.
