A new residential project has been proposed for development at 170 Montclam Street in Bernal Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a new three-story single-family dwelling. Winder Gibson Architects is responsible for the designs.
South San Francisco Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for a six-story R&D campus at Terminal 101 Court in South City, San Mateo County. The proposal will replace a surface parking lot next to the Golden Gate Produce Terminal, close to Freeway 101, and near Southline. Steelwave is the developer after buying the site in 2022 for $85 million.
Renderings have been published for the future clubhouse of United Playaz, a 27-year-old non-profit based in San Francisco’s SoMa neighborhood. The project, aided by $2 million of state funds procured last year, will renovate the existing two-story structure at 1044 Howard Street with a community center. Arquitectonica is the project architect.
Permits were filed seeking the approval of operating a hotel as a semi-congregational shelter at the property site located at 711 Post Street in Lower Nob Hill, San Francisco. The property, Ansonia Hotel, is now operating as a shelter for unhoused individuals and households. Core Hotels, LLC is the property owner. San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing is the project applicant. Urban Alchemy is the group running the shelter.
Renderings have been revealed alongside new permits filed for 11-17 Cypress Street in San Francisco’s Mission District. The plan will create three new homes in the backyard of an existing apartment building close to the 24th Street BART Station. Sausalito-based Cofi Hand Trust is listed as the property owner.
