The details illustrations provide a glimpse at the prospective 435-foot complex that would create over a thousand rental apartments. Tishman Speyer is the project developer.

The project proposal includes the development of a four-story apartment building. Plans call for the demolition of a two-story single-family dwelling on the site. Shatara Architecture Inc is responsible for the design concepts.

Bayhill Ventures has announced plans for a new skyscraper at 530 Howard Street, overlooking San Francisco’s Salesforce Park. Initial plans shared with media this morning suggest the tower would stand 840 feet tall, making it the third tallest structure in the city skyline if built today and the second tallest in the city’s pipeline. Bayhill Ventures is a relatively new firm led by the former chief at Hines, Paul Paradis, and former president of the Sobrato Organization, Rob Hollister.
Strada is set to purchase the 18-story office tower at 201 Spear Street in San Francisco’s Financial District. The reported price is just 57% of what KBS Realty Advisors paid for in 2013. The price per square foot puts the deal within the existing range of sales in the region’s struggling post-pandemic office market.
