The proposal aims to create nearly two hundred homes, offices, retail, and public open space all inside a 21-story pants-shaped building. The proposal is part of the Westbank Campus for San Jose, developed in partnership with Urban Community.

The Draft Environmental Impact Report has been published for 550 East Brokaw Road, a multi-phase office development in North San Jose. The proposal will replace the former Fry’s Electronics store and surface parking lot to build four office towers and two parking garages. Bay West Development is responsible for the project.

The publication of the Draft EIR starts a 45-day period for public input to influence the Final EIR. Orchard Residential is part of the Westbank Campus, a joint venture with the Canadian developer Westbank and Urban Community.
Positive results are out for an environmental review condcted for a residential project proposed at 777 West San Carlos Street in San Jose. The project proposal includes the development of a six-story building with residential spaces and onsite supportive services for the residents. The four existing buildings on the site will be demolished. Danco Communities is the project applicant. SGPA Architecture and Planning is responsible for the design concepts.
