Pre-application permits have been filed for a four-story affordable housing build at 320 Sheridan Drive in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The plans will revive a vacant parcel at the end of a cul de sac in a suburban neighborhood with an 85-unit housing community. Alliant Strategic Development is listed as the project developer.
New plans have been submitted for a four-structure mixed-use development with a 300-foot tower at 80 Willow Road in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. If built, the project would become the second tallest structure in San Mateo County by using the Builder’s Remedy, possibly creating hundreds of homes, hotel rooms, office space, and retail. Oisin Heneghan, the founder of N17 Development, is listed as the project applicant. Embarcadero Capital Partners is the property owner.
New details have been published for the six-story mixed-use infill at 2201 San Pablo Avenue in Southwest Berkeley, Alameda County. The project will create 65 apartments, using the state density bonus program to increase residential capacity and designate six as affordable housing units. Principal architect of IFR, Ian F. Ream, is listed as the project applicant.
