DES Architects is responsible for building and landscape architecture. The exterior will be clad with glass and metal panels, complementing the existing structures’ arched floor plates and floor-to-ceiling windows. Facade installation has yet to start. The property will be landscaped with trees and pathways as a buffer between the three offices and the garage to the street. For employees and the public, the open space will be activated with promenades, outdoor seating, walkways, patios, and plazas.

  1. Burlingame is not the same anymore with continuous building.,Traffic is crazy and no parking. When i see new construction,I’m thinking how can another 500 + fit this area. There just cramming people in here it use to be a small quiet town. I can understand growth but this is to much. What about the environment environment sewage water traffic pollution no one cares it all about the money sad well I hope AI don’t destroy us for harming the planet .
