Named Verdant Sanctuary, the infill structure will be composed of glass and mass timber, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows offering optimum circulation and sunlight in the interiors. Out of the total space, 52,6000 square feet will be utilized for conditioned office space and 36,380 square feet for a 91-car garage. The project features one level of below-grade parking; additional surface parking will be created for 79 cars, and on-site parking will be offered for 17 bicycles. Employees will be able to enjoy 2,500 square feet of amenities.

The façade design inculcates nature-based elements and enables indoor spaces to be in harmony with outdoor landscaping and plaza. The office building is designed to be pedestrian friendly. The building will be all-electric, utilizing PV panels for sustainable energy harvesting and a green roof for water conservation and natural insulation. Open landscaped areas will include trees, a roof garden, and a terrace.
