Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed at 4327 T Street in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a new single-uni dwelling with an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).

The project site is parcel spanning an area of 0.07 acres. The scope of work includes the construction a two-unit development located on Parcel 2 of 4327 T Street, Sacramento. The urban lot split creating Parcel 2 was approved in May 2025. The development proposes two units. The lower unit is a 800 square-foot attached ADU and the upper unit is a 800 square-foot primary unit, permitted ministerially through SB 9.

The project application requests an SB9 approval for lot split. It allows homeowners to create up to four homes on an existing parcel, in effect, eliminating single-family-only zoning.
