With the approval, city staff confirmed that the project will have a significant effect on the environment, mitigation measures were made a condition of the approval, and that a mitigation reporting & monitoring plan was adopted by the developer.

The project approval has remained consistent since the last public meeting, with an 85-foot-tall structure containing roughly 627,740 square feet, including 443,500 square feet for housing and 184,240 square feet for the two-level basement garage. Apartment types will vary with 12 studios, 231 one-bedrooms, 97 two-bedrooms, and 28 three-bedrooms. Parking will be included for 382 cars and 410 bicycles. Of the 368 units, 74 will be designated as affordable to households earning between 50% to 80% of the area median income.

Studio T Square is the project architect. The podium-style complex will feature a familiar articulated facade with wood-grain fiber cement panels and plaster. The ground level will be improved with a mix of stone veneer and porcelain tiles. The Guzzardo Partnership is overseeing the landscape architect, which will consist of sidewalk improvements and two podium-top courtyards.

Talus Engineering is consulting on civil engineering, and Emerald City is the electrical engineer. The Board of Trustees of Stanford University is listed as the property owner.
