Updated permits have been filed for a 30-acre subdivision to rise at 853-901 Main Avenue in Robla, North Sacramento. The low-density project will provide just 4.5 units per acre across from the Futures High School and Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes cemetery. The current applicant is not specified.

The True Life Companies is responsible for securing entitlements in mid-2023. True Life Companies purchased the lot from Capstar Holdings Corporation that year for $2 million. Now, public records show the property last sold in June 2024 to an unknown buyer for just over $6 million.

The development will produce 135 single-family homes with private roads, three open-space/water detention parcels, and a segment of the Sacramento Northern Bike Trail. The street map will be carved diagonally to preserve a wetland. CBG will be the project engineer. Yamasaki Landscape Architecture is overseeing the site design, which includes trees lining the central wetlands and private roads, and an open space along Rio Linda Boulevard and Main Street.
