Construction permits have not been filed yet for the project described in the demolition permits, but plenty of information exists about what will come. The incoming structure will bring roughly 85,000 square feet in a type-I reinforced concrete container.

It will provide 98 units. All units will be affordable senior housing. The development will not include parking on site, but plenty of parking is in the vicinity.

Y.A. Studio will be responsible for the design. A preliminary rendering shows the project will be take up the entire lot, with rooftop terraces on the sixth floor.

Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation is responsible for the project.

Completion is anticipated by 2024.
