The 49-foot-tall structure contains approximately 45,360 square feet, with 27,950 square feet for housing, 14,660 square feet for common areas and supportive facilities for residents, and 2,770 square feet for AbilityPath offices. On-site amenities include a community lounge with a kitchen, a support and meeting room, a library and tech lounge, and a fitness center.
The project has opened and is fully leased with 50 rental apartments, of which half are reserved for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. AbilityPath, which will provide services to residents, is a nonprofit that supports people with disabilities and their families. All 50 units will be deed-restricted to households earning 60% or less of the area’s median income.

Architects Fora is responsible for the design. The studio has previously described the project as taking inspiration from the “Eichler neighborhoods that surround the project, featuring clean, orthogonal and angular lines.”
The property is located along East Charleston Road near the intersection with Middlefield Road. Residents are living next to the expansive Mitchell Park, a public library, several schools, and a grocery store-anchored shopping center. L&D Construction Co. was the general contractor responsible for construction.
