Parking will be included for 84 cars and 12 bicycles. SDG Architects is responsible for the design and Environmental Foresight is responsible for the landscape architecture. The roughly 2.5-acre parcel is located between Willow Road and San Francisquito Creek, a block away from Middlefield Road. The site is close to the former Sunset Magazine headquarters at 80 Willow Road, where N17 has filed plans for the city’s potential only skyscraper development.

The application was qualified as a Class 32 infill project. Construction is expected to start early next year and last 20 months.
