The initial environmental review study has been published for the Emory Street Townhomes proposed in the Alameda neighborhood of San Jose, Santa Clara County. The project seeks to replace a long-vacant parcel with 18 residential units. Campbell-based Dan Mountsier of Pinion Property Company is responsible for the application.

The complex will produce 18 three-story townhomes across five structures. The campus will include 7,400 square feet of common open space, including a private paseo area and setback landscaping. According to the Initial Study, the property has been vacant since 1965. The Dahlin Group is responsible for the design.
The roughly one-acre property is located at the corner of The Alameda and Emory Street. The property is just a few blocks away from the Bellarmine College Preparatory campus and the limited-service College Park Caltrain Station.
Construction is expected to last around 18 months from groundbreaking to completion. The estimated cost has not yet been shared.
