Two nearby properties at 1170 and 1190 Roberts Avenue in San Jose are slated for new development. Both properties, at approximately 1.1 acres each, are set to be divided into several new units. The property at 1170 Roberts Avenue will require the demolition of a single-family home previously damaged by fire. Pan-Cal Corporation is responsible for the application.
A Notice of Completion was posted for a new townhome project located at 1400 Colman Avenue in Santa Clara. The project developer, City Ventures, plans to build ground level townhomes across roughly half of the property, with the other half comprising podium style units built over two parking garages.

Property owners R. Gonzales, H. Gonzales, and T. Gonzales filed permits earlier this week to demolish a mixed used building located at 1814 I Street in Sacramento and replace it with a two story multi unit residential building.
The San Ramon Planning Commission is meeting tomorrow to further review the plan to redevelop a large area at 6001 Bollinger Canyon Road. The project, entitled ‘The Orchards’, was previously reported on by SF YIMBY in May of this year, and before that, a different project was proposed at the same location under its original name of Chevron Park. Sunset Development Company is responsible for the project, and their representatives will be speaking before the commission.
