A large residential lot in the Fairmount neighborhood of San Francisco has been proposed as the site of a development for two new four-story buildings. Both building will be residential, assuming the street addresses of 2 and 4 Addison Street. One Design is responsible for submitting the projects initial applications, but their specific designs for the site have not yet been made available.
A new Tentative Mao and Grading Approval documents were submitted for a large housing project covering 400 new single-family homes and 100 ADUs in an unincorporated Higuera Highland area of Santa Clara County. The project brought by Ginsberg and Kinion Trust will be a horseback riding-focused community, including publicly shared open spaces, a riding arena, horse trails, stables, an event center, and a community center. The horseback riding trails are to connect with the nearby Joseph D Grant County park area.
New CEQA documents including a Mitigated Negative Declaration were published for a mixed use development at 996 Loraine Avenue in Los Altos. The proposed project by Denardi Wang Homes would demolish the existing site and build a new three story mixed use building on the site. SDG Architects is responsible for the new building’s design.

The group of South Bay business executives paid $30.6 million for the 11.6-acre property near the corner of Chester Avenue and Allendale Drive.
In the latest news for a project at 2500 76th Avenue, development permits have been filed, allowing for the progression of the project to its next stage and eventual construction. The large-scale project in the Eastmont neighborhood of Oakland was first reported on by SF YIMBY in August of last year. Since then, the project has seen rapid progress towards approvals, with various permits being filed this year.
