Notice of Determination Gives CEQA Approval to Revised Parkline Project in Menlo Park

The new Parkline Project is a planned multi-use development located at 333 Ravenswood Avenue in Menlo Park. The project is a redevelopment of the existing SRI International campus, a research non-profit affiliated with Stanford University. The project will expand upon the existing 287,000 square feet of space, bringing the site total to approximately 925,000 square feet of offices, 75,000 square feet of retail/amenity space, and up to 800 new residential units.

Plans Approved for Conversion Project at 1433 12th Avenue in Oakland

The plans for a church to residential conversion were recently approved by the City of Oakland, taking a major step forward in a long-awaited affordable housing project. The 1433 12th Avenue site is already home to the 1887-built Brooklyn Presbyterian Church and Parish Hall, which is to be converted and incorporated into the project.
