While facade installation is finishing up for Mission Bay Block 9, construction has officially started for the fully-affordable condominiums at Block 9A in Mission Bay, San Francisco. San Francisco Mayor London Breed has announced that the 140-unit development at 410 China Basin Street, dubbed Mission Bay Block 9 in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood, has broken ground. Prefabricated units will be used for the construction to expedite the process. Completion is expected by late 2021. Once complete, the project will provide residence to people experiencing homelessness.
