Detailed plans have been published for the mixed-use redevelopment of the former United States Geological Survey offices at 345 Middlefield Road in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The property could accommodate hundreds of new apartments and nearly double the office space next to the proposed Parkline masterplan, and be less than half a mile from a potential new skyscraper at 80 Willow Road. Presidio Bay Ventures is responsible for the application.
New building permits have been filed for a three-story apartment complex at 598 Dellbrook Avenue in Twin Peaks, San Francisco. The permit would bring nine units near the foot of Sutro Tower. Midtown Lands LLC is listed as the property owner.
Formal permits have been filed for the six-story residential infill project at 668 Guerrero Street in San Francisco’s Mission District. The project seeks to expand an existing two-story commercial building to create 12 dwelling units just a block away from Mission Dolores. Mill Valley-based Real Equity Group One is the property owner.
New minor modifications have been proposed to the original plan for housing at 1354-1356 York Street in San Francisco. The project was previously approved in December of 2023, but has yet to be completed. Property developers, Atlas Property Group, are using the time to submit new permits modifying the project’s interior and rear exterior.
