Plans to replace Natomas Sports Club gym move ahead as new permits have been filed seeking the approval of an apartment community at 2450 Natomas Park Drive in South Natomas, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the demolition of the gym and the construction of a residential complex. Demmon Partners is the project developer. LPAS Architecture + Design is managing the design concepts and construction.
New planning permits have been filed for the demolition of the existing Natomas Sports Club gym at 2450 Natomas Park Drive in the South Natomas neighborhood of Sacramento. The complex will be replaced by a new 190-unit apartment community dubbed Sutter Green 2.0 Apartments. These permits follow news released in October that the Sports Club location is permanently closing. Demmon Partners is the project developer.
Permits have been filed for a residential expansion at 1612 P Street, right near the border of Midtown and Downtown Sacramento. The project will add 23 new apartments beside a five-year-old building named the 16 Powerhouse. Demmon Partners are responsible for the addition after purchasing 16 Powerhouse for $32.5 million and the underdeveloped parcel at 1612 P for just under $1.5 million.
