The Draft Environmental Impact Report has been published for a mixed-use infill at 1881 West San Carlos Street in Burbank, San Jose. The project will feature apartments, senior care beds above the courtyard, and ground-level retail. The proposal is from San Jose Real Estate Investors Association CEO Lori Greymont, operating through Oak Glen Ventures LLC.
New renderings have been revealed for a 25-story mixed-use tower for 439 South 4th Street in Downtown San Jose. The proposal, led by Caruso Design for the current property owner, would create 210 new residential units above five levels of parking. If built, the new project would be adjacent to The Mark at 475 South 4th Street, a similarly stocky tower for student housing being developed by Urban Catalyst.
The City of Santa Clara has scheduled a public review today for 950 Monroe Street, a mixed-use proposal less than ten minutes away from the Santa Clara University campus. The six-story building is expected to add 57 dwelling units and new ground-floor retail to the Santa Clara County housing market. Menlo Park-based Lamb Partners is responsible for the development.
Development plans have been published for a new mixed-use development at 906 Monroe Street in downtown Santa Clara. The project proposal includes constructing a residence with restaurant and retail spaces. The project requires General Plan Amendment and Rezoning to Planned Development (PD). Lamb Partners LLC is the property owner. Salvatore Caruso Design Corporation (SCDC) is the permit applicant and is managing the design concept and construction.
